The best arrangements we could make considering price, location and package, is at the Embassy Suites/John Q. Hammons
Center in Rogers AR. We will be getting a banquet room for dinner, an open bar (for those interested), and breakfast
in the same room the next morning.
ABOUT THE ROOMS: room rate down to $109.00. All the
rooms at the Embassy Suites NWA are suites, with a refrigerator, a safe, microwave, living room and brand new mattresses.
This price includes the room, a managers reception from
5:30 PM to 7:30 PM, with complimentary hors d'oeuvres and $1.00 drinks, (in Benton County and they have to charge for
the tax in a dry county).
